• File tracking
• Naming convention enforcement
• Accountability and attribution visibility
• Weekly reporting via Power BI dash

Result

Improved BIM coordination process and a scalable system that could be used on all other projects at the company. (Unfortunately, I left the company before we got a chance to roll it out beyond my projects).
